Returns, Exchanges and Refunds | Mamu modest sportswear

 We want you to shop with confidence and be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item for any reason Mamu offers a 30 day return policy allowing you to return or exchange any unworn, unwashed, or undamaged  merchandise purchased online for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase. 

• Items should be returned with tags on and in its original packaging. 
• Exchanges are dependent on stock availability.
• Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after receiving the item.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment or if you prefer can be given in the form of a gift card to our store. 

 

How to start your return?

To return an item please e-mail info@mamusport.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please put RETURN or EXCHANGE in the subject line and note your sales receipt number and a description of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange in your email.  Once received, we will get back to you with details on where to send your return. After inspection of your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
